Chocolate Rice with Grape Syrup

I always dream to create my own recipe of a dessert. But until now I don't have any my own dessert recipe. Here I have a modified recipe for dessert, it is the Chocolate Rice with Grape Syrup. It is very simple and it is impossible to fail to make this Chocolate Rice.

Ingredients: Pop Rice, Cooking Chocolate, Snickers Bar, Butter, Grape, and Sugar.

Method: Cut the snickers bar into small chunks. Then mix them with pop rice in a bowl. Melt a bar of cooking chocolate with a half of table spoon of butter. After that, pour it into the mixture of pop rice and the snickers bar. Mix them and then spread and flatten it on a tray. Leave it in a fridge. For the grape syrup, place the grape in a boiling pot with a couple of cups of water. Then add half cup of sugar inside. Boil it until it is thickened. Separate the syrup and the grape by sieving it. Place the grape syrup in the fridge. Have the chocolate rice with the tasty grape syrup.

Spaghetti Spinachi


Assalamualaikum guys, today a brilliant idea pop in my mind. I would like to try to create a vege style pasta. So i decided to make a Spaghetti Spinachi. Okay so here is the method on how to cook this guy.

Ingredients: Spinach, Cheeses, pasta, garlic, saute onion, celery, milk, cream, black pepper, oregano, bay leaves, chicken, mushroom, and mint leaves.

Method: Place the spinach, garlic, celery, and onion in a food processor or a blender. Add some water then blend them together. In a pan, add olive oil then pour the spinach mix. Add black pepper, oregano and bay leaves. Add some milk, cream, and cheese.Then add the chicken and diced mushroom. Add some water then simmer it for a few minutes. Boil your pasta and it is ready to serve.

Mushta

A few weeks ago I was alone in my house. Then I searched for some food stuffs so that I can cook. What I found is some spaghetti, some minced meat and a can of mushroom. So I decided to make a mushroom spaghetti with meatballs. The word Mushta is derive from the word mushroom and pasta. So here is the result from the dish that I cook.

Ingredients:

-          2 diced Capsicums
-          Pasta
-          Minced Meat
1 can Mushta
-          of Button Mushrooms( Diced)
-          5 Diced Shallots
-          5 Sliced Garlic
-          Black Pepper
-          Oregano
-          Bay Leaves
-          Milk
-          Cheese
-          Flour
-          Balsamic Vinegar

Method:

Gravy

Dice the capsicums, shallots, and mushrooms. Then slice the garlic. After that, On a board, make some meatballs by mix the minced meat with flour. Then roll it into a ball shape then bake it in  an oven for 10 minutes at 180°C. Sautee all of the capsicums, shallots, garlic, and mushrooms. Then pour 3 table spoon of balsamic vinegar. Then pour ¼ cup of milk. Add some oregano, black pepper, salt, sugar, and bay leaves. Add some minced meat inside. Then add some cheese. Boil some pasta and get ready for a tasty dish.

Pomato Lasagna

A few weeks ago I was in a supermarket. I'm searching something to cook. Then I found a box of lasagna. I was thinking to cook some lasagna. Usually in a restaurant, they use Bolognese sauce for the lasagna. But I would like to make something different. I am going about to have more carbohydrate in my dish. So here it comes the Pomato Lasagna. It is come from the word Potato and Tomato. It is the combination of mashed potatoes and Bolognese sauce.



Pomato  Lasagna

Ingredients: Potatoes, Tomato paste, milk, cheese, lasagna, chickens, mushrooms, Oregano, black pepper, salt, sugar, carrots(optional), spinach(optional), bay leaves, shallots and garlic.

Method: Boil a few pieces of lasagna. While waiting the lasagna to softens, boil 5 potatoes. While waiting both of them to soften, cut the chicken into slices or you can have ground chicken. After that, cut the mushrooms into slices. Season the chicken and mushroom with black pepper and salt. In a pan, put a splash of olive oil and some butter. Dice 4 shallots then sauté it and then place your chicken and mushroom inside. When it is cooked, put it aside.

After that, dice 3 garlic and sauté it in a pot with olive oil in it. After the garlic turn brown, pour a can of tomato paste. Add a cup of water, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoon of sugar, black pepper, and 3 Bay leaves. Simmer it fro a few minutes. Check out the lasagna and the potatoes. If the lasagna is soften, put it aside and brush it some melt butter. Then the potatoes, when the potatoes is soften, peel off the skin. Place it in a bowl. Then mashed it. Add some milk, butter, sugar, salt, black pepper. Then mix them up with the chickens and the mushrooms.

Then, in a baking pot pour some Bolognese sauce (tomato sauce). Then sprinkle some shredded cheddar or mozzarella  cheese. Then put a layer of lasagna. Then put the mashed potato mixture and shredded cheese on top. Repeat this until both of Bolognese and mashed potatoes finished. Then sprinkle lots of shredded cheese on top of it. Lastly, place tha baking pot in an oven. Set it for 180 °C for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.

Poached Knight Dory in Parmesan Crisp Roll

Recently I've watch a show on Food Network Asia, it is Paula's Best Dishes. She make a Parmesan crisp just by spread the Parmesan flakes on a hot pan and the Parmesan starts to melt and hardened. So simple and attractive. Now I am making the dory in Parmesan crisp roll by using the same method as Paula's.



Poached Knight Dory in Parmesan Crisp Roll

Ingredients: black pepper, parsley, Parmesan flakes, butter, olive oil, onions, thyme, salt and sugar.

Method:

Poached Dory



Place some dory fillets in a pot of water with thyme, olive oil, butter, black pepper and parsley. Switch on your stove, medium hot. Poached for 10 minutes. Then tear off your dory into chunks. In a bowl, mix the dory with parsley, black pepper, salt and a bit of sugar.

Parmesan Crisp

On a hot pan spread some Parmesan flakes and wait until it cook and hardened. Take it and put it in a plate.

Place some dory mixture on the Parmesan Crisp. Then roll it. A few minutes the Parmesan is hard completely.

Grilled Knightly Strip Loin with Carrot Sauce

I watch the Chopped Show and I am so fascinated with the chefs when they deal with meat. So I decided to try a meat recipe. I choose Strip loin because It is not too big not too small. That is what I observe the strip loin in the shop. I would like to try to make a green peas sauce but there is no green peas at the shop so I change my mind to make a carrot sauce.

Ingredients: Onions, Potatoes, fresh milk, black pepper, thyme, carrots, olive oil, Strip Loin, apple cider vinegar, honey

Method: Dice the onions and carrots. Place both onions and carrots in a food processor. Leave a plenty of onions. Blend the carrots and onion with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and a bit of water. Season your Strip Loin with black pepper and salt.
Grilled it and slice it into thin pieces. Boil the potatoes and mashed it in a bowl. Pour some fresh milk. Add the left over grilled onions and some sugar, salt as well as black pepper.

Mashed Potato Knight Lamb with Carbonara

I am all alone in the house because my parents got something to do so they are away. So my aunt invite me to her house so that she can take care of me. That evening she asked me to cook for dinner. Then I get some stuffs for my cooking when I decided to cook this recipe.


Mashed Potato Knight Lamb with Carbonara

Ingredients: Lamb, fresh milk, cheese, capsicum, potatoes, butter, black pepper, oregano, spaghetti, and garlic.

Method: Boil some potatoes. Then mashed it and mix it with  butter, milk, salt, sugar and pepper. Season your lamb with black pepper then wrapped it with the mashed potato. In the oven, set up 200 degrees celcius for half an hour.

Then, boil some lamb’s bones and add some milk. Add some sugar and salt as well as pepper and oregano. Place some capsicum, Bay leaves, garlic and cheese inside. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Serve the lamb in the middle with the spaghetti carbonara on side and parsley for garnishing.
