Knightly Omelet Wrapped Gnocchi

I got some leftover gnocchi in my fridge from the previous recipe. I would like to cook it in a simple way. So I think about the combination of gnocchi with another food stuff. So I decide to cook gnocchi with eggs! I think it is quite interesting. I'm not using dull eggs to wrap the gnocchi. To have some fun tasty eggs, I use some herbs to enlighten it's taste and smell.

Knightly Omelet Wrapped Gnocchi

Ingredients: Potatoes, flour, black pepper, salt, sugar, eggs, and thyme.

Method:

The Gnocchi

Boil 3 potatoes until it soften. Mashed it then put 2 cups of flour, mix it until it form like a batter. Cut it into tiny pieces. Then boil it in a bowl until it floats. Then dry it and it is ready to eat.

The Egg

Just beat 3 eggs with some black pepper, thyme and salt and sugar as well. Then Dip your gnocchi in the mixture of the egg then just bake it in the oven for a few minutes until it is browned. Serve it with black pepper sauce and some fresh parsley or mint leaves. :)
