I got some Dory fillets in my refrigerator and I have try to make a grilled Dory before. So now I', going to have my Dory fillets in a healthier way. I got some red capsicum and some tomatoes and I decide to saute them for an instant with onions and carrots. Due to the absence of carbohydrate, I decide to have the Dory with mashed potato.
Ingredients: Capsicum, tomatoes, carrots, onions, potatoes, Dory fillets, black pepper, salt, sugar, butter, milk, thyme.
Method: Season the Dory with salt, pepper, and thyme bake it in the oven for 20 minute at 250 degree Celcius. Diced some tomatoes, capsicum, carrots and onions as well as some water and saute it in a pan until it soften. Boil some potatoes until it soften and peel of it's skin and mashed it and mix it with some butter and milk as well as black pepper and salt.
